This data collection helps improve the Software and is limited to: script names, actions performed, operating system information, and general usage patterns.
No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected.
You may opt-out of analytics at any time through the Software’s settings menu (Quick Actions & Utilities → Toggle Tracking).
The collected data is processed by Smart In Venture GmbH solely for product improvement purposes.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software or any part thereof to any third party.
Use the Software in any organizational, educational, research, governmental, or commercial context without explicit written permission or a paid license.
Make the Software or its derivatives publicly available, online or offline, even if modified, without the author’s explicit consent.
Circumvent or remove any protection or license mechanism within the Software.

5. Modifications and Derivative Works

You may modify the source code solely for your personal, private use.
However:
Any modified version remains subject to this License.
You may not distribute, publish, or sell modified or derivative versions.
You must retain all copyright and license notices in all copies, modified or unmodified.

The Software includes or may download third-party components such as Docker,
Borg, Borgmatic, Traefik, and others. All third-party components remain
subject to their respective licenses. The use of such components does not
grant any additional rights beyond those explicitly granted in this License.

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this License shall be Cologne, Germany.
