Because Infinity Tools is a digital software product delivered instantly and licensed perpetually, we offer refunds only under specific conditions described below.

14-Day Limited Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Eligibility Requirements

A refund may be granted if:

1. The customer experienced a technical issue that prevents normal use of the software.

2. The customer contacted our support team and provided a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

3. The commercial license has not been used in production, and the customer agrees to cease all use of the software and delete all copies after a refund is issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

• Purchases made after the customer has extensively used the software.

• Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.

• Situations where the customer decides they no longer want or need the product.

• Cases where the customer used the license after requesting a refund.

• Failure due to unsupported environments or modifications.

Since a free personal license is available for evaluation, customers are encouraged to try the software before purchasing a commercial license.

How to Request a Refund

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Any relevant logs or screenshots

We may require confirmation that the software has been removed from all systems before issuing a refund.
